Approval of easement limiting construction on a portion of the property located at 860 Charter Street Recommendation: By motion, approve an easement agreement with Tranente One LLC limiting construction on a portion of the property located at 860 Charter Street, and authorize the City Manager to execute the agreement. CEQA: This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) 6.E. Broadway Plaza "Bay Block" — Parcel Map and associated agreements for the development at 2111 Bay Road by SI XX, LLC. Recommendation: 1. By motion, approve the Parcel Map for 2111 Bay Road, related to the development of a CVS; 2. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an Improvement Agreement with SI XX, LLC; 3.
