Fund to fund a three percent utility bill credit for all Redwood City sewer utility <br />account holders billed from July through October 2020 in response to the <br />COVID-19 pandemic. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.G. Temporary outdoor restaurant dining on public and private property <br />Recommendation: <br />1. Adopt a resolution ratifying a Proclamation by the Director of Emergency <br />Services allowing temporary outdoor dining on public and private property <br />during the Covid-19 emergency; and <br />2. Adopt a resolution authorizing the temporary closure of City streets to allow <br />for outdoor dining during the Covid-19 Emergency, seven days a week, until <br />September 30, 2020. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); <br />Separately exempt under CEQA Guideline Sections 15061(b)(3), 15304 <br />6.H. Agreement for Services with AARC Consultants, LLC to conduct a risk and <br />resilience assessment and update to water system emergency response plan <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an Agreement <br />for Services with AARC Consultants, LLC to conduct a risk and resilience <br />assessment and update to the water system emergency response plan in an <br />amount not to exceed $108,205. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.1. Agreement for services with Arboricultural Specialties, Inc. dba The <br />Professional Tree Care Company for comprehensive street tree maintenance <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a one-year <br />agreement for services with Arboricultural Specialties, Inc. dba The Professional <br />Tree Care Company for comprehensive street tree maintenance in an amount <br />not to exceed $230,000, including City Manager authority to extend the <br />agreement for two additional, consecutive two-year terms, for an aggregate <br />not -to -exceed amount of $1,150,000. <br />Page 4 of 7 <br />
