<br />A. Cadence Apartments Phase It: The second phase of the Cadence Apartments will
<br />consist of 195 apartment units on Miller Avenue in South San Francisco. This project is
<br />a wood frame structure over concrete podium. Devcon Construction, Inc. is
<br />prequalifying union subcontractors through the prequalification statement process with
<br />the intent to assist Devcon in determining bidder qualifications prior to bid for this phase
