<br />STRUCTURAL
<br />Aerials and derricks designed and manufactured by Altec Industries, Inc., are warranted to be free from
<br />defects in material and workmanship at the time of initial delivery. This does not apply if the product
<br />has been modified or altered in any way by anyone other than an approved Altec representative.
<br />For so long as the initial purchaser owns the product, Altec will, at its option, repair or replace any of
<br />the following major components found by Altec to be structurally impaired due to defects in material or
<br />workmanship which existed at the time of initial delivery: booms, boom articulation links, hydraulic
<br />cylinder structures, outrigger weldments, pedestals, sub bases, turntables, and reel lifting arms. No charge
<br />for parts or labor shall be made for such repair or replacement when performed at an AItec service facility.
<br />This warranty does NOT cover wear components.

<br />COMPONENTS
<br />For l year following initial delivery of the
<br />Product Altee will, at its option., repair or
<br />replace any part found by Altec to be defective
<br />in material or workmanship at the time of
<br />initial delivery.
<br />ELIGIEIL"
<br />Warranty period begins at the time of
<br />initial delivery from Altec.
<br />All products must be properly installed,
<br />maintained, and serviced during the duration of
<br />the warranty coverage.
<br />This warranty is not transferable beyond the
<br />original owner,

<br />EXCLUSIONS
<br />This warranty does not cover:
<br />(a)products which have not been operated
<br />and maintained in accordance with Altec
<br />operators and maintenance manuals,
<br />Programs, and bulletins;
<br />(b)products which have not been mounted in
<br />accordance with Altec installation procedures;
<br />(c)products notmanufactured by Altec which
<br />are supplied by Altec on special order;
<br />(d)products which are repaired without using
<br />original Altec parts; or
<br />(e)transportation or delivery to an Altec
<br />service facility or the customer's location.
<br />(fj replacement of rental charges, misuse,
<br />abuse, accidents, alteration or use in any ,�vay
<br />not recommended by Altec.
<br />Any and all accessory items that are added
<br />to the body but not manufactured by Altec,
<br />such as inverters, compressors, liftgates,
<br />generators, corner mount cranes, etc., will
<br />be covered, if at all, by the accessory
<br />products manufacturer's warranty in effect
<br />at the time of delivery and will not be
<br />covered by any warranty extended by
<br />Altec.
<br />This limited warranty is expressly in lieu
<br />ofany other warranties, express or
<br />implied, including, but not limited to, any
<br />warranty of merchantability or fitness for
<br />a particular purpose. Except as specified
<br />above, no associate, agent or
<br />representative of Altec is authorized to
<br />extend any warranty on Altec's behalf.
<br />Remedies under this limited warranty are
<br />expressly limited to the provision and
<br />installation of parts and labor, as
<br />specified above, and any claims for other
<br />loss or dam- ages of anv type (including,
<br />but not limited to, loss fom failure of
<br />the product to operate for any period of
<br />time, other economic or moral loss, or
<br />direct, immediate; special, indirect,
<br />incidental or consequential damage) are
<br />expressly excluded.
