Public notification also consisted of publishing a notice in the local newspaper <br />and notification by mail of owners and occupants on the 1600 block of Broadway. <br />ALTERNATIVES <br />The City Council may choose to: <br />1. Direct staff to modify the proposed ordinance, or <br />2.
