Sounds like there has been turnover • RVs are in areas other than Stafford St. • Why don't we have more RV parks in RWC? • What are the other locations with RVs that are a concern? • What is the timeline for providing recommendations to the City Council? Spring 2020 • How will you address safety concerns? 1. How is this situation impacting you? Why is this a concern for you? • Lives on G Street. Can't see when pulling out because of RVs on Stafford blocking view. • Sewage is kept in a bucket by an RV dweller. RV dweller is barbequing on the street (Stafford) • RV dwellers leave their doors open and stand in the street. It seems like they don't care about others in the community • RVs on Stafford are an eyesore • Concern for children's safety when coming home from school • The Police Department has been called multiple times because of people lurking around • Recently there was a guy walking around and lurking (not sure if he is an RV dweller) • A guy put up a tarp and laid around under it with his dog. • Want to know who's in the neighborhood. Concern for safety of children to play outside • Has seen RV dwellers throwing things onto the street. • Safety concerns: a woman broke down the door of a home; someone walking onto property between 4 and Sam (don't know whether these were RV dwellers) • Has seen people dealing drugs on Stafford. Don't know if they are RV dwellers. • RVs break the trees when they pull in and out on Stafford. • Stafford Street hasn't had street cleaning in months- very dirty. RVs drive around the block and then return to park. • Concern for safety -walking out alone at night. • Safety and health issues • Dumping of garbage and human waste on the streets -concern about airborne hazard • Safety -used to leave garage door open but not any more • RV with red care -parked at the end of the street -coming into the neighborhood • Feces along the street. • So many people without homes • Swim school used to have clients park on Stafford but now they can't due to the RVs so people are parking along C Street. • Safety concerns: where are they from? What is their motive? • Haven't had any negative experiences. People living in RVs along the railroad tracks seem to keep to themselves. 426
