Given the City's goals, what are your ideas for short-term and long-term solutions? <br />• I'd like to hear from the RV dwellers <br />• Treat RV dwellers with dignity <br />• Short term: <br />o Manage sewage concerns <br />o Increasing student safety (Redwood High is doing these things): <br />■ Staff and faculty to walk with students to ensure safety <br />■ Getting a golf cart to keep up with students <br />o Take specific action against the black RV <br />o Provide centralized services for RVs: <br />■ Address waste <br />■ Other needs <br />■ This may encourage RVs to move and not become permanent <br />o Street sweeping: identify a 3 hour window once a week and have RV dwellers park <br />elsewhere or be ticketed <br />o Prohibit parking between 6am and 10pm <br />o Consider using a parking lot for RVsM <br />o Provide a location for RVs/safe space to park/a communityA City and state should be <br />responsible.
