(606, 304) <br />Meeting of the Joint City Council/Successor Agency Board/Public Financing Authority <br />Meeting on June 8, 2020. <br />Present: Council Members Aguirre, Bain, Borgens, Hale, Masur, Reddy and Mayor <br />Howard <br />M/S Aguirre and Hale to: <br />1. Adopt a resolution summarily vacating a public utility easement located on the property <br />at 353 Main Street; <br />2. Approve a public utility easement, and authorize the City Manager to execute the <br />Certificate of Acceptance for the easement deed and to modify its content as necessary <br />to receive the signed deed; <br />3. Approve an emergency vehicle access easement, and authorize the City Manager to <br />execute the Certificate of Acceptance for the easement deed and to modify its content as <br />necessary to receive the signed deed; <br />4. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute an improvement agreement with <br />353 Main Street Apartments LP; <br />
