5. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a landscape maintenance <br />agreement with 353 Main Street Apartments LP; <br />6. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a stormwater treatment measures <br />maintenance agreement with 353 Main Street Apartments LP; <br />7. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a parking covenant with 353 Main <br />Street Apartments LP; <br />8. Approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a public access easement with <br />353 Main Street Apartments LP; and <br />9.
