Adopt a resolution adopting certain fees and charges for Fire Department <br />services; <br />4. By motion, direct staff to administratively incorporate the proposed fees into <br />the City's Master Fee Schedule; and <br />5. Adopt Resolution Approving the Real Property Exchange Agreement Between <br />the City of Redwood City and the County of San Mateo and Authorizing the City <br />Manager to Execute Documents Necessary to Effectuate the Land Exchange <br />Transaction. <br />CEQA: <br />Addendum to Existing Environmental Impact Report <br />8.13. Purchase Agreement between the State of California and the City of Redwood <br />City for the National Guard Armory property located at Red Morton Park <br />Recommendation: <br />1. Adopt a resolution approving the Purchase Agreement for the National Guard <br />Armory located at Red Morton Park and authorizing the City Manager to <br />execute all necessary documents to effectuate the acquisition; and <br />2. Adopt a resolution approving an appropriation in the amount of $4,391,000 <br />within the Redwood City Park Impact Fee Fund for the acquisition of the <br />National Guard Armory located at Red Morton Park. <br />Page 6of7 <br />
