7 <br /> Page 59 <br /> We then asked them to share with others at their table their hopes and dreams for <br /> Redwood Ci#y, and share what they would like to communicate to Council about what is <br /> important to each of them. <br /> Each table group was then asked to reach consensus on the top four items of <br /> importance, and report them out to the entire group. Staff documented ali af the � <br /> comments or categories that were reported out io the en#ire group. <br /> Staff then grouped the comments/categories that seemed to be similar in nature. The <br /> maSor headings are differen# fior each of the two nights, as staff iet the group of <br /> comments/categories drive the name of the major headings. The participants reviewed <br /> and approved of fhe headings and comments that were listed below each heading. <br /> Each par�icipant was given four dots to vote for those items that they felt were most <br /> important. They could put all dots on one item, or vote for several items. Participants <br /> could vote for the major heading i.e., Transportation, ar they could vote for the individual <br /> comments i.e., mass transit, if they felt they wanted ta be more specific. <br /> StafF has tallied the votes and they are provided unfiltered as an attachment to this <br /> document. We have tried to provide the information to you in big picture view, as we11 <br /> as provide some level of detail. Therefore, you will see the total number o# vafes each <br /> major heading received, including the votes to the categories or comments within that <br /> heading. You wil! also see the number of individua! vo#es each category or major <br /> heading received.
