By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. <br />1 to extend the agreement with the County of San Mateo for the facilitation and <br />coordination of animal control services for a one-year term ending on June 30, <br />2021. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.J. Amendment No. 1 to the Agreement for Services with Aila Malik DBA Venture <br />Leadership Consulting for the Interim Executive Director and Agreement for <br />Services with Aila Malik DBA Venture Leadership Consulting for the executive <br />search for the Executive Director of Redwood City 2020 (304) MO 20-086 <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. <br />1 to extend the Agreement for Services with Aila Malik DBA Venture Leadership <br />Consulting for Interim Executive Director services by nine months in the amount <br />of $108,000, including City Manager authority to extend the agreement for one <br />additional three-month term, for a total not -to -exceed contract amount of <br />$180,000, and an Agreement for Services with Aila Malik DBA Venture <br />Leadership Consulting for executive recruiter services in the amount of $33,500, <br />for an aggregate amount of $213,500. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.K.
