Recommendation: <br />Waive second reading and adopt an ordinance adding Sections 2.41.16 through <br />2.41.18 to Chapter 2, Article IV of the Redwood City Municipal Code to establish <br />Special Revenue Funds in the City's financial system to be known as the CDBG <br />Fund, the HOME Fund and the Housing Support Fund. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.M. Candidate statement publication fee for City Council candidates who choose <br />not to opt into voluntary campaign expenditure limits but wish to place a <br />statement on the City's website (205) Res (0035) 15850 <br />City Clerk Pamela Aguilar gave a presentation. <br />Recommendation: <br />Hold public hearing and adopt a resolution setting the fee of $31.80 for <br />publishing an additional 400 -word City Council candidate statement on the <br />City's website for candidates who do not comply with voluntary expenditure <br />limits but wish to place a statement on the City's website. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />Motion and second, Borgens and Masur, to close the public hearing. <br />Motion and second, Masur and Aguirre, to adopt a resolution setting the fee <br />of $31.80 for publishing an additional 400 -word City Council candidate <br />statement on the City's website for candidates who do not comply with <br />voluntary expenditure limits but wish to place a statement on the City's <br />website, passes unanimously by roll call vote. <br />7.B.
