Recommendation: <br />1. Adopt a resolution to approve the Fiscal Year 2020-2021 Annual Action Plan <br />(2020 Action Plan) and authorize the City Manager or designee to execute and <br />file documents related to the 2020 Action Plan for submittal to the U.S. <br />Department of Housing and Urban Development; <br />2. By motion, authorize the City Manager to execute funding agreements with <br />organizations identified in the 2020 Action Plan; and <br />3. By motion, change the funding source of the $360,000 grant to Habitat for <br />Humanity Greater San Francisco for the 612 Jefferson Project from CDBG funds <br />to affordable housing impact fees. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />Motion and second, Borgens and Bain, to close the public hearing. <br />Motion and second, Bain and Borgens, to: <br />1. Adopt a resolution to approve the Fiscal Year 2020-2021 Annual Action Plan <br />(2020 Action Plan) and authorize the City Manager or designee to execute and <br />file documents related to the 2020 Action Plan for submittal to the U.S. <br />Department of Housing and Urban Development; <br />2. By motion, authorize the City Manager to execute funding agreements with <br />organizations identified in the 2020 Action Plan; and <br />3. By motion, change the funding source of the $360,000 grant to Habitat for <br />Humanity Greater San Francisco for the 612 Jefferson Project from CDBG <br />funds to affordable housing impact fees, passes unanimously by roll call vote. <br />8.
