Compensation Adjustments for the City Manager and City Attorney for 2019, <br />Amendments to the City's Classification and Wage and Salary Plan to update <br />the salary ranges to incorporate 2019 cost of living adjustment for the City <br />Manager and City Attorney and 2020 and 2021 cost of living adjustments for <br />other City employees, and Amendments to the Executive Management <br />Summary of Benefits to update captured classifications and executive benefits <br />(905) Reso (0042) 15852 and Reso (0043) 15853 and Reso (0044) 15854 <br />Human Resources Director Michelle Katsuyoshi gave a presentation. <br />The following members of the public provided comments either by email which <br />were read into the record by the Assistant City Clerk, or live on the <br />teleconference: <br />• Maria Elena Messina <br />• Emilie Gao <br />• Tania Sole <br />• Isabella Chu <br />• Rocsana Enriquez <br />Recommendation: <br />1. Adopt a resolution approving and authorizing the Mayor to execute the <br />fourth amendment to the employment agreement for the City Manager to <br />provide for adjustment to salary; Reso (0042) 15852 <br />2. Adopt a resolution approving and authorizing the Mayor to execute the third <br />amendment to the employment agreement for the City Attorney to provide for <br />adjustment to salary; and Reso (0043) 15853 <br />3. Adopt a resolution amending the City's Classification and Salary Plan to <br />update the salary ranges for the City Manager, City Attorney, and classifications <br />in Executive Management, Service Employees International Union Local 521, <br />Redwood City Management Employees' Association, Confidential, Police <br />Supervisors' Association, and Chief Officers' Association, and amending the <br />Executive Management Summary of Benefits.
