Levy of Benefit Assessments for Fiscal Year 2020-21 Redwood Shores <br />Landscape Maintenance District 1995-1 <br />Recommendation: <br />Adopt a resolution to order the Levy of Benefit Assessments for FY 2020-21 for <br />the Redwood Shores Landscape Maintenance District No. 1995-1 in the amount <br />of $279,394. <br />CEQA: <br />Categorically Exempt - Class 1. Existing Facilities <br />6.1-1. Water Connection and Service for a new single family home at 717 Hillcrest <br />Way (068-064-300), Unincorporated San Mateo County <br />Recommendation: <br />Adopt a resolution approving a request to the Local Agency Formation <br />Commission (LAFCO) for extension of water services outside jurisdictional <br />boundaries to a proposed single family home at 717 Hillcrest Way (APN 068- <br />064-300), Unincorporated San Mateo County, pursuant to Government Code <br />Section 56133. <br />CEQA: <br />Categorically Exempt - Class 3. New construction or conversion of small <br />structures <br />6.1. Waive first reading and introduce an ordinance, and adopt resolutions to align <br />Board, Commission and Committee (BCC) provisions related to member term <br />expiration date and procedures, and member attendance provisions to <br />comport with the City Charter and the BCC Attendance Policy <br />Recommendation: <br />1. Adopt Resolution of the City Council of the City of Redwood City Rescinding <br />and Restating Resolution Nos. 15143 and 15223 and Providing that Each <br />Member of the Architectural Advisory Committee Serves until their Successor is <br />Appointed and Qualified; <br />2. Adopt Resolution of the City Council of the City of Redwood City Amending <br />Term Expiration Dates for Transportation Advisory Committee Members; and <br />3.
