6.D. - Page 3 of 4 <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Funding for this project is included in the Fiscal Year 2019-20 Capital Improvement Program budget <br />for the Roadway Pavement Management Program. <br />ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW <br />As proposed, the project is categorically exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental <br />Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines pursuant to Section 15301(c), Class 1 ("Existing Facilities") for the repair <br />and maintenance of existing highways and streets with negligible or no expansion of an existing use.
