The Transportation Analvsis Manual (TAM) sets the City's <br />approach for determining the need for a transportation analysis, its content, and identifying <br />acceptable transportation improvements for land use and transportation projects proposed within <br />Redwood City. The TAM shall establish protocols for performing the following: <br />• Site Access and Circulation Plan Review(on-site). <br />• Local Transportation Analysis (non-CEQA) for City's General Plan and Congestion <br />Management Plan consistency analysis. <br />• Transportation Analysis for analyzing and determining impacts under CEQA. <br />Program BE -46.1. On -Demand Transit Service Pilot Program. Develop and implement an on - <br />demand transit service pilot program provided by a TNC vendor. <br />Program BE -58.1. Curbside Management. Develop and implement curbside management <br />strategies to allow for efficient and safe use of Transportation Network Companies (TNCs) and <br />other on -demand transit services. <br />Program BE -58.2. Automated Vehicle Management. Develop and implement automated vehicle <br />management strategies to allow and accommodate for automated vehicle technology in ways that <br />provide a net benefit to the public. <br />Program BE -58.3. Electric Vehicle Encouragement. Develop and implement electric vehicle (EV) <br />programs that educate, incentivize, and support use of EVs. <br />Program BE -58.4. Robot/Drone Delivery. Develop and implement robot and drone delivery <br />management strategies to allow and accommodate for automated delivery technologies in ways <br />that provide a net benefit to the public. <br />Program BE -71.1. Vision Zero.
