CEQA: This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Motion and second, Aguirre and Reddy, to adopt a resolution approving and adopting the Five -Year Permanent Local Housing Allocation (PLHA) Plan for the 2019-2023 Funding Period; authorizing and directing the City to receive the PLHA grant in an amount not to exceed $2,086,314; and authorizing the City Manager or her designee to execute the PLHA Program Application, any subsequent amendments or modifications, and other necessary documents, passes unanimously by roll call vote. 7.C. Recommendation: 1. Hold a public hearing; 2. Adopt a resolution amending, eliminating, and adopting certain fees and charges for the Library and Parks, Recreation, and Community Services Departments; 3. Adopt a resolution adopting certain fees and charges for Fire Department services; 4. By motion, direct staff to administratively incorporate the proposed fees into the City's Master Fee Schedule; and 5. By motion, authorize the City Manager or designee to request that the Peninsula Library System purge all daily overdue fines owed as of June 22, 2020 for Redwood City Public Library materials.
