I am disappointed <br />that I couldn't attend and speak at the City's (Zoom) meeting, but please share my email with them. <br />Hope my input helps! <br />Hello Redwood City Counsel, <br />I am an owner at One Marina. Since purchasing our condo in 2012, my husband and I have seen the <br />area slowly transform for the better but we are looking forward to it being more residential friendly. <br />When we heard that Sares Regis is proposing a small residential community to replace the Alan Steel <br />Company site, we were ecstatic. We are in favor of the proposed development by Sares Regis for <br />several reasons, here are just a few: <br />1) Safety When Bicycling: We frequently ride our bikes with our 7 -year old son along the trails. When <br />riding along East Bayshore, it is quite dangerous. We are often squeezed to the side by cars that are <br />trying to maneuver around the double parked trucks offloading cars to the dealerships. We believe <br />
