DocuSign Envelope ID: OCDBFA26-0751-4879-A630-B3BEA9D6E4CF <br />EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF SERVICES OF CONSULTANT, PERSONNEL, AND FEE <br />Scope <br />Consultant will provide off-site and on-site advanced GIS consulting services on an as - <br />needed basis to the City's Community Development & Transportation Department. <br />General Requirements <br />I. Consultant's personnel shall be proficient in advanced GIS, in order to provide <br />recommendations on performance improvement and application enhancements <br />that are achievable within the existing system architecture. Consultant's personnel <br />shall also develop a long-term GIS Program vision, and identify changes to achieve <br />the future vision. Consultant's personnel shall also perform one or more of the <br />following services as directed by the GIS Manager (Manager): <br />a. Advise on technical problems and making recommendations concerning the <br />City's ArcGIS enterprise system. <br />b. Assist with upgrades of the City's ArcGIS enterprise system, including <br />ArcGIS Server, ArcSDE, Geo Event Server, and Portal for ArcGIS Server. <br />c. Assist with geodatabase administration, troubleshooting database issues, <br />and creating spatial views. <br />d. Develop data models, schemas, meta -data, and geodatabase design <br />documents. <br />e. Assist in the development of ESRI tools such as Collector, Insights, and <br />Dashboard. <br />f. Develop automated procedures for routine GIS tasks using Python or <br />JavaScript. <br />g. Troubleshoot GIS data security, access, distribution, and retention issues. <br />h. Provide expertise and knowledge transfer of new GIS technologies. <br />Requirements for On-site Services <br />I. If on-site advanced GIS consulting services are be requested by the manager, <br />Consultant will conduct background and reference checks of personnel assigned <br />to perform services under this Agreement (Assigned Personnel), at no additional <br />charge to the City. Consultant shall conduct background checks in a manner <br />consistent with the City's process. The background check shall include, but is not <br />limited to all personnel, a statewide criminal history check — including all felony, <br />misdemeanors, and sex offense charges within seven (7) years from the date the <br />request for assignment is made by the GIS Manager (Manager). <br />REV: 07-15-2020 PR <br />ATTY/AGR.2020.126/GIS Inc.
