The City Council may choose to direct staff to conduct additional community engagement; this would <br />require additional funding which could be provided by the Traffic Calming Program. <br />3. The City Council may choose to approve the Roosevelt Avenue Traffic Calming Plan and direct staff to <br />seek grant funding for both project design and construction (instead of self -funding the design). <br />4.
