Study session for consideration of General Plan Amendment initiation <br />requests for four separate housing development projects, out of a total of 10 <br />development projects, submitted as part of the Gatekeeper process <br />Community Development and Transportation Director Mark Muenzer gave a <br />presentation. Principal Planner Anna McGill was present to address Council <br />questions. <br />Jason Check from Raintree Apartments gave a presentation on the 1205-1295 <br />Veterans and 1260 Oddstad project. <br />Ronnie Bassetto from the American Legion, Rick Williams from Van Meter <br />Williams Pollack LLP and Bob Mendelsohn from Republic Metropolitan gave a <br />presentation on the 651 EI Camino Real project. <br />Jeff Smith from SARES I REGIS gave a presentation on the 505 E. Bayshore <br />project. <br />Fred Herring from Herring & Worley, Inc. gave a presentation on the 797 <br />Arguello project. <br />Mayor Howard opened the public hearing.
