This is a Study Session and no formal action will occur at this hearing. <br />The following projects request consideration of a General Plan amendment: <br />1. 1205-1295 Veterans & 1260 Oddstad <br />2. 651 EI Camino Real (American Legion) <br />a. Option 1 requires a Zoning Amendment <br />b. Option 2 requires a General Plan amendment & Downtown Precise <br />Plan (DTPP) Amendment <br />3. 505 East Bayshore Road <br />4. 797 Arguello Street <br />The following residential development project has formally withdrawn from the <br />Gatekeeper process, as it does not require a General Plan amendment, and can <br />be considered through a development application under the existing Downtown <br />Precise Plan. <br />1. 1322 EI Camino Real (Record Man) <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />8.
