By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Stormwater <br />Treatment Measures Maintenance Agreement with Steve and Doreen <br />Werthmann Revocable Trust. <br />2. Agreement for Services with LifeMoves as Safe Parking Site Program Operator <br />and Community Outreach Case Managers for the City's Temporary Recreational <br />Vehicle Safe parking program <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize City Manager to execute Agreement for <br />Services with LifeMoves to provide services relating to the City's Temporary <br />Recreational Vehicle Safe Parking Program in a not -to -exceed amount of five <br />hundred ninety four thousand dollars $594,000, for two years for a total amount <br />of $1,188,000. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.E.
