In reviewing the plans it <br />shows 20 to 30 residential units being built along Winklebleck Street that will be facing our business. Pre <br />Corona Virus we would be open until 12 pm Fridays and Saturdays and until 11:00 pm the rest of the week. I <br />don't see how this is going to work out with residential units facing our outside area. We are not a party zone, <br />but there are people enjoying being outside with a bratwurst and a beer. <br />I sure you know it's been tough times for all small businesses in the Bay Area. We are all hoping for some <br />sense of normality in the future and hope to recoup some of the damage being caused by these strange times. <br />The proposed apartments could cause further restrictions on our business which could result in closure. We <br />have been on this site since 1975 and also own the building. We have never had any issue with the Redwood <br />city or our neighbors.
