By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Stormwater Treatment Measures <br />Maintenance Agreement with Steve and Doreen Werthmann Revocable Trust. <br />2. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute License Agreement for the conveyance <br />of stormwater across the subject property. <br />STRATEGIC PLAN GUIDING PRINCIPLE <br />Economic Vitality <br />BACKGROUND <br />The Steve and Doreen Werthmann Revocable Trust is the Owner of Record of real property located at <br />1831 East Bayshore Road, and together with their agent Arron Pellarin, is responsible for the construction <br />of all improvements on the site. The site has been developed as a private parking lot. <br />ANALYSIS <br />Improvement plans for the subject property were submitted to the satisfaction of the City's Engineering <br />Division. These plans included the improvements to be maintained by this agreement. All improvements <br />have been built in conformance with the improvement plans. <br />In order to comply with the Municipal Regional Permit, the City must verify that all stormwater treatment <br />devices to be installed within the City are adequately maintained.
