6.D. - Page 1 of 26 <br />/<�ik <br />Redwood <br />CitylCallifornia <br />Faunded 1867 <br />A,&/ <br />DATE: September 21, 2020 <br />SUBJECT <br />STAFF REPORT <br />To the Honorable Mayor and City Council <br />From the City Manager <br />Agreement for Services with LifeMoves as Safe Parking Site Program Operator and Community Outreach <br />Case Managers for the City's Temporary Recreational Vehicle Safe parking program <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />By motion, approve and authorize City Manager to execute Agreement for Services with LifeMoves to <br />provide services relating to the City's Temporary Recreational Vehicle Safe Parking Program in a not -to - <br />exceed amount of five hundred ninety four thousand dollars $594,000, for two years for a total amount <br />of $1,188,000. <br />STRATEGIC PLAN GUIDING PRINCIPLE <br />Housing <br />BACKGROUND <br />On August 26, 2020, the City Council approved the Temporary Recreational Vehicle (RV) Safe Parking <br />Program.
