<br />7E <br />Page 8 <br /> <br />Target agrees to pay the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City the <br />sum of $50,000 promptly upon the signing of this Agreement, or such other time <br />agreed to by the parties. <br /> <br />5. On-Site Branding <br /> <br />The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City agrees to brand the main <br />stage with custom created banners, which include the Target logo/creative. The <br />stage creative look, shall be used for all events and the signage costs are included in <br />the sponsorship fee. <br /> <br />6. MarketinglPromotional <br /> <br />The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City agrees to market and <br />promote the "Target Music on the Plaza" as outlined in Schedule A. (see attached) <br /> <br />7. Responsibilities <br /> <br />. Tarllet agrees to be responsible for payment of the fee. <br /> <br />. The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City agrees that <br />it shall be responsible for all aspects of production, administration, <br />marketing and management of "Target Music on the Plaza". <br /> <br />8. Promotional Materials Approval Process <br /> <br />All materials for the "Target Music on the Plaza", shall be subject to approval by <br />Target. <br /> <br />9.
