<br />6.1A <br />Page 4 <br /> <br />Sensus FlexNet Purchase Agreement <br /> <br />Golden State Flow Measurement, as fully Authorized Sensus Metering Systems northern California <br />distributor and technical installer proposes the following project: <br /> <br />Provide and install Sensus Metering Systems replacement measuring chambers for the locations <br />identified as "irrigation route". See attached table and addresses. <br /> <br />This irrigation route consists of 531 meters ranging in size from 5/8" to 6" nominal pipe diameter. <br /> <br />For meters sized 5/8" and %" the process will be to exchange existing meter to a new Sensus <br />SRll model meter with encoded register. <br /> <br />For Sizes 1", 1.5" and 2" the work process will include replacement of measuring element and <br />any required parts to factory specifications. All parts will be factory new. No reconditioned parts <br />will be used. <br /> <br />For meters sized 1.5", 2" the measuring element will be of SR model, for sizes 3", 4", 6" will be <br />turbine style measuring element. All parts used will be new and unused. <br /> <br />All meters in this project shall include a Sensus Model ECRII or ICE electronic register to facilitate <br />the use of FlexNet. <br /> <br />All installations will be upgraded to FlexNet transceiver and confirmation of successful reading will <br />be provided from the TGB <br /> <br />Installation of measuring chambers may occur at any agreed upon start date. Installation of <br />FlexNet Transceiver can occur only after TGB is successfully installed to receive messages from <br />SmartPoints. <br /> <br />Invoice for payment shall only include work completed or materials delivered. Invoice shall not <br />include work not yet completed. <br /> <br />MeterlChamber installation program shall take no longer than 60 days to complete from project <br />commencement date. <br /> <br />Provide and install a fully operational Sensus FlexNet Hourly Meter Reading System to the attached <br />Scope of Work as supplied in Schedule A-F. <br /> <br />Assure all materials installed and utilized meet Sensus Factory Specifications and are installed to <br />recommended Sensus Factory Specifications. <br /> <br />1 <br />
