We understand that the City intends to widen the Willow Street and <br />improve the street with new asphalt concrete pavement, curb & gutter and sidewalk and <br />landscaping areas. <br /> <br />Our fee is based upon the level of effort that BKF envisions for preparing civil engineering <br />drawings for the Street improvement, including topographic surveying and office meetings. We <br />propose to complete the scope of work outlined in Attachment "1" for a fee based on time <br />and material not to exceed $36,000.00. <br /> <br />To arrive at the estimated engineering effort, we have outlined and attached a proposed scope of <br />civil engineering services (Attachment "I") and have estimated our fees for each phase of work <br />(Attachment "2"). Attachment "3" is BKF's Professional Personnel Service Fees. <br /> <br />Thank you again for considering us for this project.
