<br />~Bkf <br /> <br />Scope of Engineering Services <br />Willow Street Improvement Project <br />City of Redwood City <br />BKFNo. PP20080010 <br />Page 1 of2 <br /> <br />ENGINEERS rSURVEYORSI PLANNERS <br /> <br />ATTACHMENT "I" <br /> <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br />WILLOW STREET IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> <br />SCOPE OF CIVIL ENGINEERING SERVICES <br /> <br />We understand that the City intends to widen Willow Street, between Middlefield Road and <br />Stambaugh Street, and construct new asphalt concrete pavement, sidewalk, curb & gutter, <br />handicap ramps, landscaping and street lights. <br /> <br />Our scope of work includes civil, landscaping and electrical engineering works, including <br />topographic survey. <br /> <br />Civil Encineerin!!: Services <br /> <br />The scope of work includes preparing plans, details, specifications and construction cost <br />estimate (Contract Documents) for the Street improvements. <br /> <br />Tooo2raohic Survey <br /> <br />BKF will conduct topographic survey for the Street improvements including cross <br />sections at approximately 25 feet on center including existing grades and improvements <br />approximately lO-feet into the adjacent properties along Willow Street. <br /> <br />Electrical En2ineerin!!: Services <br /> <br />The scope of work includes, providing plans, details and specifications for installing two <br />street lights. <br /> <br />Landscaom!!: & Irri!!:ation Services <br /> <br />~ <br />The scope of work includes, providing plans, details. and specifications for new irrigation <br />and landscaping (planting trees on the side walk). <br />
