3. The bid of McGuire & Hester, in the total amount of Seventy -five <br />Thousand Nine Hundred and No /100 Dollars ($75,900.00), computed in <br />accordance with said bidder's proposal dated February 16, 2001, is hereby <br />accepted and said bidder is hereby found and declared to be the lowest <br />responsible bidder for said work. <br />4 That certain agreement entitled, "Agreement" (form dated 2/20/01), by <br />and between the City of Redwood City, a municipal corporation of the State of <br />California and McGuire & Hester, a copy of which agreement is on file in the <br />Office of the City Clerk, to which copy reference is hereby made for the full <br />particular thereof, is hereby approved, and the City Manager and City Clerk are <br />hereby authorized and directed to execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, <br />said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br />5. Any and all informalities in the aforementioned bid of McGuire & <br />Hester, are hereby waived. <br />6.
