Our check in that amount will be forwarded to <br />you once this letter is signed and returned to our office with a copy of a city resolution that the grant <br />money will be used only for the below stated purpose and ~ statement that you have raised the <br />remaining amount needed for this project. <br /> <br />City of Redwood City agrees to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1) The want will be used to support Stulsaft Park Restroom Replacement. <br /> <br />2) A complete report on the use of these funds will be given to the Morris Stulsaft <br />Foundation on the Grant report form available at our website by January 2009. <br /> <br />3) No portion of this grant will be used for any purpose that is not ronsistent with the <br />federal and state rules for tax exempt status. <br /> <br />4) Any unexpended funds will be returned to the Morris Stulsaft Foundation. <br /> <br />If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact our office. <br /> <br />Sincerely, <br /> <br />~.[~~--\ <br />Mary l.
