It is anticipated that <br />the presentation will: <br /> <br />· Describe the key elements of the proposed project <br /> <br />· Address the requirements for and content of the EIR <br /> <br />.iI Present the basic elements of the CEQA prOet;!sS <br /> <br />· Identify the probable areas of environmental concern based on data <br />reviewed during Elements 1.1 and 1.3 <br /> <br />· Identify opportunities to comment on the scope and content of the EIR <br /> <br />MHA I RMT will prepare asummary of comments received during the scoping <br />meetin~ as well as those received during the NOP review period. <br /> <br />Element 2: Administrative DraftEIR <br /> <br />MHA [RMT will prepare an Administrative 'Oraft EIR for review and comment by City <br />staff. The Administrative DraftEIR will be prepared in accordance with all applicable <br />provisions of CEQA, and will be submitted to City staff for review and comment prior <br />to preparation and circulation of the Oraft ElR. <br /> <br />Based on MHA IRMT' s current understanding of the proposed project, MHA I RMT has <br />identified 11 parameters that are expected to be key elements of the EIR.
