The final EIR will consist of comments received on the Draft EIR, responses to the comments, errata to the Draft EIR based onCOnutlents and responses, and any necessary additional analysis and mitigation measures warranted by comments and responses; the Final EIR will not incIudereprinting of the DraftEIR. . Preparation of responses to comments received on the Draft Em is limited to the total hours allocated to the task identified in the project budget (Attachment C); if the volume of cottl.ments requires resources beyond those identified in the budget, or tfthe comments require additional data collection and/or analyses, MIlA I RMT willadvlse the City prior to the commencement of work on the Final EIR; this may include transferring the preparation of some responses to City staff, and/or a budget augment. . The City Attorney or the Assistant City Attorney will participate with :MHA I RMT in the preparation oithe Administrative Findings and Statements of Overriding Considerations. . Distribution of notices required by CEQA (NQP, NOC, NOD) and those required for public hearings will be the responsibility of MHA I RMT. . 'Distribution of copies of the Draft and Final EIR will be the responsibility ofMHAI RMT. . The number of copies of each of the deliverables is presented in this proposal under the Deliverable$ heading. MHAI RMT will provide additional copies beyond those specifically listed in under the Deliverable heading on a time andrnaterials basis. . MHA lRMT has assumed that the City's review of the Administrative DraftlS, AdministrativePraftEIR, and Administrativ~ Final EIR will require no more than tw'o (2) weeks each.. . Additional studies not identified in this proposal that may become necessary during the course of the project will require review for effects on scope and budget. Such additional studie~ could include, but are not limited to, expansions of the studies submitted by the applicant in order to assess the potential impacts of the project alternatives, or the peer review of suche:xpanded studies. . The evaluation oiproject alternatives will not require the preparation of additional technical studies. . MI-lA I RMT may reallocate time and budget among the MHA I RMrteam and among the identified tasks without further approval by the City. . The City will assist the MHA I RMT team in securing access to the project area, including securing permission to cross any intervening properties not under the direct control of the City. Schedule MHA lRMTcan begin work on the project immediately upon receiving the City's notice to proceed. We propose to deliver the Administrative Draft IS to you five weeks from receipt of all January 11, 2008 RMT 19
