The number of meetings is an estimate, butadditiona1 meetings could be attended ona <br />time and materials basis. Budget is time and materials and will not be exceeded without a change <br />order. <br /> <br />MHA I RMT's cost is based on the following: <br /> <br />. Data requests submitted to the City will be fulfilled and submitted to MHA IRMT within one <br />(1) week of the City's receipt of the request. <br /> <br />. The Oty will provide to MHAI RMT within one (1) week ofMHA IRMT's receipt of a notice <br />to proceed a list of all past, present, and reasonably foreseeable projects for inclusion in the <br />analysis of cumulative impacts. <br /> <br />. The scope, schedule, and budget for preparation of the EIR may require review and <br />adjustment following the scoping rneetingand close of the NOP ieviewperiod and <br />evaluation of comments submitted in response to the NOP (Task 1.5). Comments received <br />during the NOP period may necessitate additional effort on various technical sections of the <br />EIR <br /> <br />. There will bea maximum of one round of.oty staff review and comment on the <br />Administrative Draft IS, Administrative Dr.aft EIR"and Administrative Final EIR;all <br />comments on the Administrative Oraft.Inifuil Study, Administrative Draft EIR,and <br />AdministrativeFinalEIR, MJ\4:RP, and CEQA Findings will be consolidated on a single <br />electronic copy of the administrative documents using the track changes feature of Microsoft <br />Word. <br /> <br />. MHA j RMT will attend up to a maximum of eight (8fmeefi,ngs with City staff, and up to a <br />maximum of four (4) City Planning Commission and/or GtyCouncil meetings; attendance at <br />. additional meetingslhearirtgs will be invoicedona time and materials basis at the stated <br />hourly rates.
