Amendment No. 3 to agreement with HdL for business license tax and Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) software and services as part of the City's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Replacement Project Recommendation: By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 3 to agreement with HdL to extend business license tax and TOT software and services for three additional years in the amount of $34,167, with two one-year extension options at the City's discretion in the amount of $24,520, for a total amount not to exceed $122,188, and authorize the City Manager to increase the contract amount, if necessary, up to 10% of the amount awarded. CEQA: This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) 6.13. Amend the Financing and Information Technology Services Agreement between the City and Silicon Valley Clean Water, formerly South Bayside Systems Authority Recommendation: By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. 7 to the Financing and Information Technology Services Agreement with Silicon Valley Clean Water (SVCW), extending the agreement for an additional one-year period through June 30, 2021 for a not to exceed amount of $137,458, and for a total contract amount of $1,154,452.
