Amendment No. 3 to agreement with HdL for business license tax and <br />Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) software and services as part of the City's <br />Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Replacement Project <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. <br />3 to agreement with HdL to extend business license tax and TOT software and <br />services for three additional years in the amount of $34,167, with two one-year <br />extension options at the City's discretion in the amount of $24,520, for a total <br />amount not to exceed $122,188, and authorize the City Manager to increase the <br />contract amount, if necessary, up to 10% of the amount awarded. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.13. Amend the Financing and Information Technology Services Agreement <br />between the City and Silicon Valley Clean Water, formerly South Bayside <br />Systems Authority <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. <br />7 to the Financing and Information Technology Services Agreement with Silicon <br />Valley Clean Water (SVCW), extending the agreement for an additional one-year <br />period through June 30, 2021 for a not to exceed amount of $137,458, and for a <br />total contract amount of $1,154,452. <br />Page 2of9 <br />
