CEQA: <br />Categorically Exempt - Class 1. Existing Facilities <br />6.N. Affordable Housing Regulatory Agreement for thirty-seven affordable units at <br />1 Franklin Street (The Cardinal Apartments) <br />Recommendation: <br />1. By motion, approve an Affordable Housing Regulatory Agreement and <br />Declaration of Restrictive Covenants with the Board of Trustees of the Leland <br />Stanford Junior University to deed -restrict thirty-seven of the units at 1 Franklin <br />Street as affordable housing; and <br />2. By motion, authorize the City Manager to execute the Agreement, subject to <br />any minor, clarifying and conforming changes approved by the City Attorney, <br />and to take all actions necessary to carry out the Agreement. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.0. Addendum to the Loan Agreement with HIP Housing Development <br />Corporation for acquisition and preservation of seven affordable housing units <br />at 1512 Stafford Street <br />Recommendation: <br />1. By motion, approve an Addendum to the Loan Agreement with HIP Housing <br />Development Corporation for funds to acquire 1512 Stafford Street for the <br />preservation of affordable housing; and <br />2. By motion, authorize the City Manager to execute the Addendum to the Loan <br />Agreement, subject to any minor, clarifying and conforming changes approved <br />by the City Attorney, and to take all actions necessary to carry out the <br />Addendum to the Loan Agreement. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.P.
