6.Q. Amendment No. 2 to Agreement with the County of San Mateo for <br />information and referral services at the Fair Oaks Community Center <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. <br />2 to the Agreement between the County of San Mateo and the City of Redwood <br />City in the amount of twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000) for a total not -to - <br />exceed payment to the City of one million eighty-four thousand and one dollars <br />($1,084,001) to provide critical Safety Net Services to vulnerable, low-income <br />County residents at the Fair Oaks Community Center through June 30, 2021. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.R. Resolution of the City Council authorizing an additional $220,000 in Fiscal Year <br />2020-2021 Park Impact Fees for the Magical Bridge Playground Project <br />Recommendation: <br />Adopt a resolution (1) authorizing the City Manager to increase the contract <br />amount for the Magical Bridge Playground project by 3.25% of the amount <br />awarded and amended for a final total contract amount of $6,995,192 and (2) <br />approving an appropriation amendment to Fiscal Year 2020-2021 Park Impact <br />Fees Fund by $220,000 towards this project. <br />CEQA: <br />Categorically Exempt - Class 1 (Existing Facilities), Class 4 (Minor Alterations to <br />Land), and Class 11 (Accessory Structures) <br />6.S. Approval of commercial permit parking ordinance <br />Recommendation: <br />1. Waive first reading and introduce ordinance to City Code Chapter 20, Article <br />VII, establishing Division <br />16, pertaining to Commercial Permit Parking; and <br />2. Waive second reading and adopt revised Ordinance of the City Council of the <br />City of Redwood City Amending Section 20.96 of Division 1 of Article VII of <br />Chapter 20 of the City Code of Redwood City Relating to Two Hour Parking, <br />including Hansen Way. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.T.
