The foregoing amount includes <br />payment to Consultant for services rendered from March 3, 2020, to the Effective Date of <br />this Amendment No. 3. Including all amendments through Amendment No. 3, the total <br />amount payable under the Agreement will be a not -to -exceed amount of One Hundred <br />and Twenty -Two Thousand One Hundred and Eighty -Eight and 05/100 Dollars <br />($122,188.05). <br />3. Unless terminated earlier by the City, the term of the Agreement shall be <br />extended for a period of (3) three additional years from March 3, 2020 through March 2, <br />2023. The City shall have the option to extend the Agreement for two (2) additional one- <br />year periods, upon thirty (30) days prior written notice to Consultant. <br />4. All other provisions of the Agreement will remain in full force and effect. <br />5. All requisite insurance policies to be maintained by Consultant pursuant to <br />the Agreement will include coverage for this Amendment. <br />6.
