Adopt resolutions initiating the following housing projects: <br />a. 1205-1295 Veterans Boulevard <br />b. 651 EI Camino Real (American Legion) <br />c. 505 East Bayshore Road <br />2. Adopt a resolution denying initiation of the following housing project: <br />a. 797 Arguello Street <br />Commercial/Mixed-Use Projects: <br />1. Adopt resolutions initiating the following commercial/mixed-use projects given their strategic <br />locations and unique community benefits and to be studied in tandem with other long-range planning <br />initiatives: <br />a. 1900 Broadway (Wells Fargo site) <br />b. 603 Jefferson, 750 Bradford (RCSD site) <br />2.
