S.A. - Page 16 of 61 <br />Attachment A- Gatekeeper Project Analysis <br />The City received 9 project submissions requesting City Council consideration of a General Plan <br />Amendment. While some of the proposed projects would only require a General Plan Amendment, the <br />five subject projects are proposed within the DTPP and would require both a General Plan Amendment as <br />well as a DTPP Amendment to exceed the existing maximum allowable development for office as <br />identified in the DTPP caps. <br />In line with Council direction, staff have provided a high-level analysis of each project. This analysis <br />includes a brief project description and an assessment of the project's response to the City Council <br />adopted Strategic Priorities of Housing, Transportation and Children and Youth. <br />Proiect Evaluation Criteria <br />The Redwood City Strategic Plan, adopted on January 13, 2020, provides focus for City Council decision- <br />making and City initiatives and affirmed the City Council's Strategic Priorities of Housing, Transportation <br />and Children and Youth.
