6.C. - Page 6 of 6 <br />small measure of relief for residential and commercial utility customers who may be <br />adversely impacted by the economic circumstances as a result of the COVID-19 virus <br />pandemic; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF REDWOOD CITY AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. The foregoing recitals are true and correct, are hereby <br />incorporated herein by this reference as if fully set forth in their entirety, and constitute <br />findings in this matter. <br />Section 2. The City Council hereby waives late penalties and interest on solid <br />waste, water and sewer utility billing assessed between September 1, 2020 and <br />February 28, 2021 for residential and commercial customers due to the Covid-19 <br />pandemic. <br />Section 3.
