The RFP was advertised on the City's website. <br />Staff also contacted firms known to provide planning services to municipalities to advise them of the RFP. <br />The City received 11 proposals from the following firms: <br />• AEG <br />• Bay Area Economics <br />(BAE) <br />• Beacon <br />• California Forecast <br />• Century Urban <br />• Economic and <br />Planning Systems <br />(EPS) <br />• ESI <br />• Finance DTA <br />• Kosmont <br />• Peninsula Data <br />Advisors <br />• Strategic Economics <br />Staff reviewed the proposals and determined Strategic Economics, Inc. met the requirements of the RFP <br />and had the highest review scores.
