We don't want to see R-1 zones become defacto multi -family zones <br />by virtue of two-story ADU's in back yards. <br />I would also recommend you extend this regulation to address that there should not be any flat <br />roofs allowed on ADU's lest someone decides to build a viewing deck defeating any privacy <br />concerns. <br />We must remember that ADU means ACCESSORY unit. They are not home replacements <br />nor additions. Nor will most be affordable as intended. <br />Do the right thing, <br />K. Saucier <br />
