Staff needs to be more transparent on the public comments in this matter and <br />make it visible and available for everyone. <br />Attached are the pictures of my rear yard and side yard. I am surrounded with 28 ft <br />tall second story ADU buildings of my neighbors. Why should I be restricted at 16 <br />ft when my neighbors are enjoying the 28ft second story surrounding my property? <br />This blanket approach is not fair for homeowners who are already surrounded by <br />taller buildings. This is medium density zoning so there is no reason to limit height. <br />There needs to be exceptions based on zoning and existing current structures and <br />density to be fair to all. <br />I request Mayor and City council members to please reject this attempt to limit <br />affordable ADU housing by staff and commission. <br />Thank you. <br />Home Owner <br />
