There is no need to build oversize ADUs that intrude <br />on neighbors yards and privacy. I would also ask that heating or cooling systems not be located on the roof <br />unless completely covered and out of sight. We have a brand new ADU on our street that is above a garage. This <br />garage fronts the street and from the side you can see the equipment. It is barely visible but since it is a second <br />story it would be visible from a nearby home.
