Award - 2019-2020 Watermain Replacement Project - Arlington Neighborhood <br />(Edgewater Park) (304) MO 20-144 <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute the contract <br />documents and award the standard form contract for the 2019-2020 Watermain <br />Replacement Project - Arlington Neighborhood to Casey Construction, Inc. of <br />Emerald Hills CA for their responsive and responsible low total bid of <br />$1,479,195.00 and authorize the City Manager or the City Manager's designees <br />to increase the contract amount, if necessary, up to 10% of the amount awarded, <br />in an amount not to exceed $1,627,114.50 and find that the project is exempt <br />from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) under <br />CEQA Guidelines Section 15302 (Replacement or Reconstruction). <br />CEQA: <br />Categorically Exempt - Class 2. Amendment No. 1 to the Professional Services Agreement with SCA <br />Environmental to provide environmental services for the construction phase of <br />the California Water Tank, Pump Station and Transmission Main Project (304) <br />MO 20-145 <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute Amendment No. <br />1 to the Professional Services Agreement with SCA Environmental, Inc. for the <br />services for the construction phase support of the California Water Tank, Pump <br />Station and Transmission Main project in the amount of $185,100 for a total <br />amount of $446,860, and authorize the City Manager and the City Manager's <br />designees to increase the contract amount up to an additional 10%, if necessary. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.C. Stormwater Treatment Measures Maintenance Agreement — 1831 East <br />Bayshore Road (304) MO 20-146 <br />Recommendation: <br />1. By motion, approve and authorize the City Manager to execute a Stormwater <br />Treatment Measures Maintenance Agreement with Steve and Doreen <br />Werthmann Revocable Trust. <br />2.
