By roll call vote, appoint for the following: <br />a. Four full-term seats on the Arts Commission that will expire on May 31, <br />2024; <br />b. Three full-term seats on the Board of Building Review that will expire <br />on May 31, 2024; <br />c. Three full-term seats on the Board of Port Commissioners that will <br />expire on July 31, 2024; <br />d. Two full-term seats on the Planning Commission that will expire on June <br />30, 2024; and <br />e. Four full-term seats on the Senior Affairs Commission that will expire <br />on May 31, 2024 and one partial term seat on the Senior Affairs <br />Commission that will expire on May 31, 2022. <br />2.
