Agreement for Services with LifeMoves as Safe Parking Site Program Operator <br />and Community Outreach Case Managers for the City's Temporary Recreational <br />Vehicle Safe parking program (304) MO 20-147 <br />Recommendation: <br />By motion, approve and authorize City Manager to execute Agreement for <br />Services with LifeMoves to provide services relating to the City's Temporary <br />Recreational Vehicle Safe Parking Program in a not -to -exceed amount of five <br />hundred ninety four thousand dollars $594,000, for two years for a total amount <br />of $1,188,000. <br />CEQA: <br />This is not a project under California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br />6.E. By roll call vote, appoint for the following: <br />a. Four full-term seats on the Arts Commission that will expire on May 31, <br />2024; <br />b. Three full-term seats on the Board of Building Review that will expire <br />on May 31, 2024; <br />c. Three full-term seats on the Board of Port Commissioners that will <br />expire on July 31, 2024; <br />d. Two full-term seats on the Planning Commission that will expire on June <br />30, 2024; and <br />e. Four full-term seats on the Senior Affairs Commission that will expire <br />on May 31, 2024 and one partial term seat on the Senior Affairs <br />Commission that will expire on May 31, 2022. <br />2.
